This is Anna’s 3rd year coaching and 14th summer with the Piranhas. She also coaches at Montgomery Stroke and Turn Clinic in the winter. Her and her siblings have been members of the Poolesville swim community for as long as she can remember and it has given her many lifelong friends and memories.
This is Dani's 2nd year on the Piranhas coaching staff. She's been on the Piranhas since she was 7 years old. She fell in love with swimming that first summer and has continued as a year round swimmer ever since. She hopes to inspire other young swimmers to love swimming too. Dani just completed her senior year at Poolesville High school where she was honored to be a Captain of the swim team and also a recipient of the Sarah E. Auer scholarship. Dani's planning to attend University of South Florida in the fall and study Marine Biology.
This will be Maggie Rose’s 4th year helping to coach the Poolesville Swim Team! She started swimming when she was 8 years old and has spent all of her summers since then competing for the Piranhas. The Piranhas started Maggie Rose on her swim journey and she is now a nationally ranked swimmer and All-American athlete. She loves the sport of swimming and is passionate about instilling that love in younger swimmers and watching them grow both in and out of the water in a fun and safe environment. She has swam for NCAP, JFD, and finished her club career in the National Training Group with RMSC. Maggie Rose is currently swimming at Case Western Reserve University where she serves as team captain.
