Good afternoon Piranhas Families!

You have signed your swimmer up for the Sarah Auer Mini Meet tomorrow.

Please arrive at 7 am. 

Piranhas will warm up 7:15-7:35 am.  

Meet starts at 8am.  

Meet theme: Tie Dye  

If you haven't had a chance to drop off your entry fee, please bring cash or check to Donna Lowell during warm ups.  She will be at the automation table by the storage closet. 

The meet will be run in a mixed-gender format, meaning boys and girls will swim together by age in the events, e.g., 6-year-old free.  When the results are entered and the ribbons written, the results and ribbons will be broken out by age and gender, 6 year old girls Free and 6 year old boys Free. 

Also, swimmers will not be getting event cards at the meet tomorrow as they were signed up by you, the parent.  Please let your swimmer know what events they are swimming. We will have plenty of coaches and clerks of course to get your swimmers to their events as long as they are in the team area.  

Tomorrow's meet does not have any stroke and turn officials, this meet is for fun and to raise money for the Sarah Auer Scholarship fund.  Because of this, the Sarah Auer times can not be used to qualify for Superstars.
