Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers who signed up and got it done tonight. Until the thunder started we were truly only 1 minute behind our very tight schedule. After the thunder started, our concessions volunteers pivoted to sell in the parking lot so fast! We managed to sell out of pizza and most of the perishables and pack up all of the food before the rain started. 

Please, please, if you have stopwatches, clipboards, or any other swim team equipment in your cars or swim bags, send them to the pool along with your kids for practice tomorrow morning (or evening). If you are unable to, please reach out to the team reps at [email protected] to work out how to get them back to the pool.  

If you are available, we could use some adults to help us clean up our canopies and other equipment during morning practice tomorrow, 8am-10:30am.  If you had to leave some of your personal items at the pool, morning practice would be the best time to pick them up.

We are all incredibly disappointed to end the B meet season this way.  We hope you'll attend the Divisionals Breakfast on Friday (don't forget to RSVP and sign up to bring something!), cheer on our swimmers at Divisionals (and help us out by Volunteering!) and the end of season Ice Cream Social and Awards Ceremony.
