Hello Piranhas Families,

🏊 Your swimmer is entered in this weekend's Time Trials, but your family has not yet signed up for a volunteer position.

🐟 Our meets run entirely on volunteer support, and we still have several important jobs that need to be filled. Don't worry—there are no job interviews, and we provide on-site training for all volunteer positions!

Without enough volunteers, meets can be delayed. If we are short-staffed, we may need to ask parents to fill volunteer roles on the spot so the meet can continue.

This is one of the most important jobs at the meet. Timers help ensure that our swimmers receive accurate official times.

🏊 Child SSL Clerk of Course Assistant
Help gather swimmers before their events and guide them to the correct staging area.

🥤 SSL Hospitality Host
Help keep water coolers filled for timers and volunteers and assist with setting out snacks and refreshments.

🔔 As a reminder, if you are interested in becoming an MCSL Official, we would greatly appreciate your help. Our team relies on a dedicated group of officials, and we are always looking to grow that group. The final training session is June 10, so please register if you're interested.

💻 We are also looking for a family member to train in Automation. This role involves setting up meets in the meet management software and is critical to our team's success. If you'd like to learn more, please reach out—we'd be happy to answer any questions.
